Our culture and our traditions are often accompanied by food: convivial and sharing moments enriched by recipes word of mouth from mother to daughter.

This is the rule in all Minori’s families to keep firm roots into our veracity: no scales, no papers! Let’s do it “a sentimento” (that means to do it using our feelings and not written recipes)

Is with this spirit that me, Carmen (the daughter), Cristina (my mom) and Nonna Metta (my grandma) will teach you tricks and secrets of our traditional local dishes.

It won’t be a cooking experience with a chef, because we’re definitely not, but more a day spent with the family making what remember to us our concept of home; kind of a Sunday lunch, where the day becomes a moment of union and the food is not only eating but also sharing.
