'A PARANZA

Literally translated as “once the cat feels the smell of the fish no longer wants the pasta”

What better comfort food than the “fritto misto di paranza” (mixed fried fish)?

A selection of fishes and small shellfish that are catch on the Paranza, this typical boat used for trawl fishing in shallow waters (like ours).

This traditional coastal dish is very popular on friends or families’ tables, as seen as sharing moment more then a simple meal: “would you like to share some mixed fried fish with me?”.

Is a phrase we often hear when you go out for lunch or dinner and, by the way, no one says no…Never!

A’ Paranza can comfortably accomodate a couple, has the highest immersion into our garden: it has in fact a large outdoor area available for our guests and with view on the garden and the relax area.

The restroom is decorate with Marco Fusco’s tiles that represent small fishes, precisely known as “di paranza”, and has a separate shower located in the room.

The included courtesy set has gel shower, shampoo, hair conditioner and soap, hairdryer, vanity set, shower cap and towels set.

The room has also flatscreen tv, private air conditioning and kettle with tea and infusions.
